Role:

Pharmacy Interoperability and Emerging Therapeutics Task Force 2023, Member

Vice President of Patient Support and Data Contract Services
Noble Health Services

Justin began his pharmacy career with Eckerd/Rite Aid in Liverpool NY before becoming Pharmacy Systems Manager with P&C Foods in 2009 before joining Tops Friendly Markets as a Regional Pharmacy Manager with their merger in 2010. As a regional manager he oversaw pharmacy locations in New York, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts in addition to supporting the total pharmacy operation in the areas of regulatory affairs, providing DSCSA guidance as Tops established a generic warehouse and assisting in the RFP process as Tops increasingly brought procurement inhouse. In 2015, Justin was promoted to Director of Pharmacy at Tops Markets where he oversaw Pharmacy Operations for all 79 pharmacy locations.

Justin joined Noble Health Services Specialty Pharmacy in 2017 supporting its clinical operations until 2019 when he assumed the role of Manager and ultimately Director of Patient Support Services where he lead the Patient Care teams at Noble to provide support to patients and providers serving patients in all 50 states. A key driver of Justin’s role has been to implement novel and creative technology solutions to support patient communications in the challenging period of Covid and build increasingly robust and viable suite of services to Noble’s Payor and Pharma Partners to provide greater insights into the patient journey. These programs over the last 5 years have been critical to improving Noble’s position in the marketplace and impacting the care of their patients. In 2023 Justin was promoted to Vice President of Patient Support and Data Contract Services in recognition of his continued growth in digital solutions to Noble’s patients and partners.

Just has served as an adjunct professor for various schools of pharmacy and has served as a member of various advisory boards including the Policy Council of the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy.
