Pooja Babbrah is a seasoned strategy and product leader focused on healthcare technology and policy. She has spent over two decades leading and growing product strategy teams with her main focus on growing a company's revenue through a well-defined and focused product strategy.

Most recently, Pooja serves as Pharmacy and PBM Practice Lead for Point-of-Care Partners, a management consulting firm focused on healthcare technology and policy. Pooja specializes in product management, strategic planning and go-to-market strategies and execution. With more than two decades of experience in healthcare services and technology companies, she brings a unique expertise to her clients as she understands the perspectives of all stakeholders including PBMs, health plans, patients, physicians, ePrescribing and EMR vendors and hospitals/health systems.

Throughout her career, Pooja’s efforts have been instrumental in bringing more relevant and critical information to providers and patients electronically which result in improved patient outcomes.  Her recent efforts to advance industry adoption of technology resulted in her being asked to testify in front of the United States Senate Special Committee on Aging in 2019 around drug price transparency. Additionally, Pooja shared her expertise for articles in both the New York Times and Forbes Magazine.

Prior to joining Point-of-Care Partners, Pooja worked at DrFirst for four years where she built and ran the company’s Product Management team that was focused on new product innovation. At DrFirst, Pooja also launched the health care industry’s first DEA-Certified ePrescribing platform for controlled substances (EPCS).

Pooja serves on the National Council for Prescription Drug Programs (NCPDP) Board of Trustees and has recently been appointed as Chair of the board.  She also serves on the technology committee for the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy (NASP).

Pooja has her BA in Business Administration/Information Systems from the University of Washington and an MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
