Use Case Description In order to promote device integration with EHRs, for streamlining of clinical workflows within EHRs, communication from EHRs to Clinical Registries that track newborn hearing loss, for general HIE across systems.
Estimate the breadth of applicability of the use case(s) for this data element ENT specialists, Early Newborn Hearing Loss programs at state level, Pediatricians, General Primary Care, DME vendors who provide accommodations for hearing impaired patients, and secondarily for Case Management, Care Coordination.
